person per night including VAT. ( 10 % discount for 7 nights or
more ) . The accommodation
is approx one quarter of a mile from the picturesque village of Coton in the Elms , South Derbyshire. Your stay can be for just one
night if you wish to break a long journey .( Please Note ,
Greenacres is a 'No Smoking property' ) . Not only is the area popular with Walkers ,
Cyclists and Bird Watchers , it is also ideal for those of you who
just wish to 'take time out' and recharge your batteries or equally
ideal as a great touring base for the area's many visitor
attractions. Small well behaved dogs are equally as welcome at
no extra charge. No Need To Overload the Car .... unlike some other self catering accommodation , your stay with us includes all bedding , duvets , bathroom and tea towels . The apartment is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery together with clothes washing facilities , fridge freezer and microwave oven . There is a digital TV and DVD player in the living area. All electric and heating is included in the price and there are no hidden charges. Enjoy the Tranquillity of eating out of doors or basking in the sun .... Patio / Garden area is right outside your living area door with a table and seating to ensure full enjoyment of the evening sunshine . Shopping ....... we are fortunate that whilst being in a tranquil area , there is a medium sized Co-op supermarket just a one minute drive away in the next village of Rosliston , ( which includes a post office on the premises ) . Choice is plentiful , very varied and the prices are extremely reasonable ! |

a short distance away in Coton
in the Elms , the Queens Head ( one of 3 public houses in the
village ) provides traditional meals and excellent company .
Alternatively , you can travel slightly further a field There are
many quaint public houses which we can recommend in the surrounding
villages or restaurants with varying cuisine in either Burton ,
Lichfield , Tamworth or Ashby de la Zouch . For connoisseurs of Real Ale , try the very popular Colville Arms , just a half mile away in the village of Lullington . |
